Freshwater fish products

The sale of live freshwater fish and fish productsfor the Rybářství Třeboň group is ensured by FISH MARKET a. s. 

Fish products are supplied in the form of chilled, frozen and smoked fish. Chilled products can be supplied in vacuum packaging.

Třeboň Carp products

• Carp - gutted: Gutted carp, scales and inner organs removed.
• Carp - body: Dressed carp, scales, guts, head and fins removed
• Carp - halved: Dressed carp, scales, guts, head and fins removed. Splitting is done in a longitudinal section approximately through the centre of the spine.
• Carp - filet: Carp, halved with skin-on, spine and costal bones removed, and small intra-muscular bones broken up.
• Carp - horseshoes: Carp body divided in cross sections from back bone to the abdomen along the ribs to parts that are balanced in size (a horseshoe shape) with pectoral and pelvic fins chopped off.
